The team of Lasanoz Finance, which I have had the pleasure of founding and leading since 2004, is herewith bidding its farewell to the world of investment banking. After 7 ½ years of exciting advisory work in Poland and CEE, we are extremely pleased to be able to announce that my team and have joined one of the leading Polish mid-cap private equity firms, Abris Capital (www.abris-capital.com), effective from April 1, 2012!

We are excited to henceforth be able to back up our ideas with capital, to 'put our money where our mouth is'. Far from 'exiting' the market, therefore, we believe that this personal transition opens up new opportunities for our co-operation.
